SingBlocks 利用規約

この利用規約(以下「本規約」といいます)は、Junkfooder(以下「運営者」といいます)が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリ「SingBlocks」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条(本アプリについて)

本アプリは、歌声や鼻歌などをブロックごとに録音・編集し、音声や歌詞を書き出すためのアプリです。録音した音声や歌詞などは、利用者の端末内に保存されます。

第2条(作品データの権利)

利用者が本アプリで作成した録音、歌詞、構成などの情報(以下「作品データ」といいます)の権利は、利用者(または正当な権利を持つ方)に帰属します。運営者は、作品データについて権利を主張せず、取得も利用もしません。
利用者は、作品データに、第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシーなどの権利を侵害する内容を含めないものとします。
作品データを、外部のサービスへアップロードすることや、公開することは、利用者の責任で行うものとします。

第3条(バックアップとデータの消失)

端末の故障や紛失、本アプリの削除、OSの更新、不具合、容量不足などにより、作品データが失われることがあります。大切なデータは、「プロジェクトパッケージ保存」などの機能で、定期的にバックアップしてください。作品データの消失についての運営者の責任は、第8条に定める範囲に限られます。

第4条(広告)

本アプリは、広告収入により、無料で提供されます。広告動画を最後まで視聴すると、ドラムスタイルの解放や曲の複製などが行える場合があります。視聴するかどうかは、利用者が選べます。広告に関する情報の取り扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに従います。

第5条(禁止事項)

利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第三者の権利(著作権、肖像権、プライバシー、商標など)を侵害する行為
本アプリの運営や、他の利用者の利用を妨げる行為
広告を、不正な方法で表示・視聴・クリックする行為
法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリを、解析、改変、複製、再配布する行為

第6条(外部サービスとの関係)

利用者が、本アプリで書き出した音声や歌詞を、Suno などの外部のAI作曲サービスへアップロードして利用する場合は、そのサービスの利用規約・プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。運営者は、これらのサービスの運営者とは関係がなく、その内容について責任を負いません。

Suno は、Suno, Inc. の商標です。その他の製品名・サービス名も、各社の商標または登録商標です。

第7条(本アプリの変更・提供の終了)

運営者は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更したり、提供を中断・終了したりすることがあります。

第8条(免責)

本アプリは、現状のまま提供されます。運営者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、不具合がないこと、中断なく動作することを保証しません。
運営者の責任は、通常生じる直接の損害に限られます。特別の事情から生じた損害や、逸失利益などについては、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
利用者が、消費者契約法その他の法令により保護される場合で、前項が適用されないときは、運営者は、法令の範囲で責任を負います。

第9条(本規約の変更)

運営者は、必要に応じて、本規約を変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページで公表します。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合は、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第10条(準拠法・管轄)

本規約は、日本法に基づいて解釈されます。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、{管轄の裁判所。例:運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所}を、第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

App Store から本アプリを入手した場合は、Apple が定める標準のエンドユーザー使用許諾契約(Licensed Application End User License Agreement)も、あわせて適用されます。

SingBlocks Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using the mobile app “SingBlocks” (“the App”), provided by Junkfooder(“the Operator”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Effective date: Month Day, 2026

Article 1 (About the App)

The App lets you record and edit your voice in blocks, and export audio and lyrics. Recorded audio, lyrics and other data are stored on your device.

Article 2 (Rights to Your Creations)

Rights to everything you create in the App, such as recordings, lyrics and structure (“Your Creations”), belong to you (or to the rightful owner). The Operator does not claim rights to Your Creations and does not collect or use them.
You must not include content in Your Creations that infringes the copyright, publicity, privacy or other rights of any third party.
Uploading or publishing Your Creations to external services is done at your own responsibility.

Article 3 (Backups and Data Loss)

Your Creations may be lost due to device failure or loss, deleting the App, OS updates, bugs, or lack of storage. Please back up important data regularly using features such as “Save project package”. The Operator’s liability for data loss is limited as set out in Article 8.

Article 4 (Advertising)

The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. Watching a video ad to the end may let you unlock drum styles or duplicate songs. Whether to watch is your choice. Information related to ads is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

You must not:

violate laws or public order and morals;
infringe third-party rights (copyright, publicity, privacy, trademarks, etc.);
interfere with the operation of the App or other users’ use of it;
display, watch or click ads by improper means; or
except as permitted by law, analyze, modify, copy or redistribute the App.

Article 6 (Relationship with Other Services)

If you upload audio or lyrics exported from the App to an external AI music service such as Suno, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply. The Operator is not affiliated with those services and is not responsible for them.

Suno is a trademark of Suno, Inc. Other product and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Article 7 (Changes to or Termination of the App)

The Operator may change, suspend or end the App without prior notice.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The App is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee that it is fit for a particular purpose, free of defects, or uninterrupted.
The Operator’s liability is limited to direct damages that ordinarily arise. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from special circumstances or for lost profits, except where the Operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
Where you are protected by consumer protection laws and the preceding paragraph does not apply, the Operator is liable to the extent required by law.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms when necessary. Changes will be published on this page. If you use the App after a change, you agree to the changed Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. {Court. Example: the district court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location} has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.

If you obtained the App from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
