不具合をご連絡いただくときは、次の情報を添えていただけると、原因をつかみやすくなります。
- 端末の機種(例:iPhone 15)と、iOSのバージョン
- アプリのバージョン(アプリの「設定」の最下部に表示されます)
- どの画面で、どの操作をしたときに、何が起きたか
- イヤホンの種類(有線・Bluetooth・なし)など、録音や再生に関する場合は、その状況
対応機種
iPhone(iOS 15.0以降)に対応しています。画面は縦向きで使います。
よくある質問
録音できません
マイクの許可が必要です。端末の「設定」>「SingBlocks」>「マイク」をオンにしてください。ほかのアプリが、マイクを使っていないかも確認してください。
録音した歌と、ビートがずれて聞こえます
録音の直後に表示される「録音確認」の画面で、歌の位置を手動で合わせてください。有線イヤホンの使用をおすすめします。Bluetoothイヤホンは、音が遅れて届くため、ずれが大きくなります。
広告の動画が流れません
通信状況によっては、広告を読み込めないことがあります。時間をおいて、もう一度お試しください。
データを失いたくありません
書き出し画面の「プロジェクトパッケージ保存」で、音声を含む全体のバックアップを保存できます。端末の故障や、アプリの削除に備えて、定期的に保存してください。
アプリを削除すると、データはどうなりますか
録音した音声や歌詞などは、端末内に保存されているため、アプリを削除すると、一緒に削除されます。

When reporting a problem, the following information helps us find the cause:
- Your device model (for example, iPhone 15) and iOS version
- The app version (shown at the bottom of the app’s Settings screen)
- Which screen you were on, what you did, and what happened
- For recording or playback problems, what kind of earphones you used (wired, Bluetooth, none)
Supported devices
The app supports iPhone (iOS 15.0 or later). Use it in portrait orientation.
FAQ
I can’t record
The app needs microphone permission. Turn on Settings > SingBlocks > Microphone on your device. Also check that no other app is using the microphone.
My recording sounds out of sync with the beat
Adjust the position of your voice by hand on the “Review recording” screen that appears right after you record. We recommend wired earphones. Bluetooth earphones deliver sound with a delay, which increases the offset.
The ad video doesn’t play
Depending on your connection, an ad may fail to load. Please wait a moment and try again.
I don’t want to lose my data
“Save project package” on the Export screen saves a full backup, including audio. Please save one regularly in case your device fails or you delete the app.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Recorded audio, lyrics and other data are stored on your device, so they are deleted along with the app.
